Questa canzone nasce dalla profonda emozione che mi ha suscitato la nascita della mia nipotina Daphne.La canzone si arricchisce con il charango suonato da un mio carissimo amico Jean-Paul Ricquier che mi ha aiutato con la stesura di tre diverse voci che insieme creano questa specie di giostra.. un ritornello continuo e meraviglioso spezzato dalla voce che si arrampica tra gli spazi vuoti della canzone, allegerendo il tutto e offrendo quasi uno stato di sogno ad occhi aperti all’ascoltatore.
The song was inspired by Daphne, my granddaughter, She is from San Antonio Texas, and it’s so weird for me to have half of my family in USA. As a gift for her, i wrote this song, initially iy supposed to be just music, but after i decided to add lyrics, the song is enriched by the Charango” played by a very good friend, Jean-Paul Ricquier, he created three different voices with his charangos. It’s like being on a carousel.
